At Continental Roofing, we believe in giving back to those who have given so much to our nation. This year, we are proud to launch our first large-scale initiative, providing a free roof installation to a deserving veteran or active service member. This initiative not only reflects our gratitude for their service but also aligns with our commitment to supporting our local community.

Why This Initiative Matters

Veterans make incredible sacrifices for the good of our country, yet they are often undervalued once their service ends. As a company deeply rooted in the Huntsville community, we see this as an opportunity to give back in a meaningful way. With Redstone Arsenal in our backyard and strong ties to the military, this initiative hits close to home. Our owner, a Navy veteran, whos son served as an Army Ranger, has instilled a deep respect for service in our company’s values.

This project is also about involving the community. We want to honor not only the veteran who will receive the roof but also everyone who takes the time to nominate someone they know. Your nominations make this initiative possible, and they help us spotlight the incredible contributions veterans make every day.

The Details

• Who Can Be Nominated?
  Any veteran of the armed forces.

• How Are Nominees Selected?
  Nominations will be vetted by Still Serving Veterans, a trusted local organization dedicated to supporting veterans.

• What Does the Giveaway Include?
  A full roof installation, including materials, labor, and a warranty, for up to a 35-square roof.

• How to Nominate?
  Simply visit our website at Continental Cares - Veterans and fill out the nomination form. The deadline to submit nominations is March 16th.

• Timeline
  The selected veteran will have their new roof completed by April 20th.

This is our first initiative of this scale, but it builds on our tradition of community support in Huntsville. Last year, we partnered with a Free2Teach to help educators purchase classroom materials. Now, we’re extending that spirit of giving to honor our nation’s heroes.
